Aerial Hammock uses the same fabric as aerial silks, but looped into a teardrop shape.
While all of De Leon Dynamics’ classes are designed to be accessible to absolute beginners, Hammock classes are sometimes more enjoyable for those working on upper body strength.
Aerial Hammock classes promote the strength and flexibility needed in all aerial disciplines – and is an extremely fun apparatus in itself!
