Aerial Lyra uses a circular metal hoop to do aerial acrobatics.
The Lyra can be used static or spinning. While all of De Leon Dynamics’ classes are designed to be accessible to absolute beginners, Lyra classes are sometimes more enjoyable for those working on upper body strength and are loved by those who enjoy being theatrical in their movements – like dance in the air!
