A horizontal bar connected to the ceiling by two ropes – not swinging trapeze, though!
We do static trapeze – with amazing acrobatic feats performed hanging from the bar (by your hands, knees or feet!), standing on the bar, or twisting into the ropes.
Amazing drops can also be learned on the static trapeze.
