Trapeze Technicality and Connections of Movements
In this workshop, you will focus on improving your technical skills on the trapeze, learning how to execute transitions smoothly, and connecting movements to create a more fluid performance. Whether you want to work on your mounting techniques, beats, or transitions, I’ll guide you through each step to improve your form and execution.
What We Will Do:
- Start with a warm-up to prepare your body for aerial work.
- Focus on specific trapeze skills, with individual corrections to ensure proper technique.
- Learn a short sequence of movements combining tricks and transitions, focusing on timing and fluidity.
- End with a cool-down to stretch and relax your muscles, followed by a brief reflection on your progress.
What to Provide:
- Please prepare ahead of time the specific technique or skill you’d like to focus on and a short combination to work on.
- Be prepared to work on your individual technique and receive personalized corrections.
